Three things to know before you write

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The first reply and a short call to work out what you need cost nothing. Work starts only after we've both signed an engagement letter.

Can I visit the office?

Yes, by appointment. The building is on Jay Street near the York Street F stop, with an elevator from the lobby.

What should I keep to myself for now?

Unreleased designs, trade secrets and anything about a dispute you haven't told the other side. Describe them in general terms and we'll cover the details once we're working together.
